Jean-Yves Thériault, known as "'Iceman", is a former Canadian kickboxer who marked the history of the sport. Born on January 15,1 955 in New Brunswick, Canada, Thériault is considered one of the greatest kickboxing fighters of all time.

During his career, Thériault won many prestigious titles, including the Profesional Kickboxing Association (PKA) World Championship 23 times. He was known for his aggressive style and impressive punching power, earning him the nickname 'Iceman'.

Jean-Yves Thériault fought in the middleweight division and faced some of the best fighters of his time. He managed to accumulate an impressive track record of victories throughout his career, with an official record of 66 fights, 3 losses, one draw, for a total of 62 victories, including 59 by knockout.

After retiring from competition, Thériault worked as a trainer and passed on his expertise to subsequent generations of fighters. He was also inducted into the Kickboxing Hall of Fame, blackbelt in recognition of his outstanding contribution to the sport.
